Supported Launch Baseline¶
For launch support, assume this baseline first:
UE 5.7Windows / Win64GrayGooAgenteditor workflows- one provider instance
- the narrow quickstart path has already been attempted
If your environment is outside that baseline, treat support as best effort rather than a compatibility promise.
What Support Covers¶
- installation on the validated launch target
- provider setup for the first successful run
- startup guide blocking issues
- quickstart readiness problems
- documented Blueprint, asset, scene, screenshot, and editor workflow issues
- reproducible plugin defects within the validated launch scope
What Support Does Not Cover¶
- general Unreal training
- custom game architecture consulting
- debugging unrelated third-party plugins
- runtime packaged-game integration
- promises for unvalidated platforms
- promises that every provider path or every workflow surface has identical maturity
Before Asking For Help¶
Please prepare:
- engine version
- operating system
- plugin version
- install path:
- Fab engine install, or
- project plugin install
- provider type
- model id
- whether the issue reproduces in a fresh session
- a screenshot of the startup guide state
- relevant editor log lines
- the exact task you attempted
